These terms & conditions are governed by Islamic Law on the Mudharabah principle. This agreement forms an agreement between the account holder (“the customer”) and any account user, and FNB Islamic Bank (“FNB”), which is a business unit of FNB. (FNB is a business unit of First National Bank, which is a division of FirstRand Bank Limited.)
