This Agreement for Services (“Agreement”) is made by and between the Austin Independent School District, hereinafter referred to as “AISD,” 1111 West 6th Street, Austin, Texas, and Johns Hopkins University, through Talent Development Secondary which is a part of the School of Education, hereinafter referred to as “TDS”, a not for profit organization, whose business address is 3400 North Charles Street, Baltimore, Maryland. TDS will operate under a contract for educational services at Eastside Memorial High School at the Johnston Campus, hereinafter referred to as “EMHS,” within AISD.
