This SPECIAL EDUCATION AGREEMENT is entered into this day of 2010 (the “Agreement”) by and between Napa Valley Unified School District, (hereinafter “District”), and School Innovations & Advocacy, Inc., a California corporation, (hereinafter “SI&A”), each being a “Party” and collectively the “Parties”.
