THIS REAL ESTATE LICENSE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made by and between the Lucas County Land Reutilization Corporation (“Licensor” or the “Land Bank”), and the Licensee(s) identified below (“Licensee”) under Licensor’s “Adopt a Lot” program, as of the date set forth below (the “Effective Date”).
