Memorandum of Understanding for the East Cascades Workforce AreaOregon • June 10th, 2024
This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and Infrastructure Funding Agreement (IFA), jointly referred to herein as “agreement,” is executed between East Cascades Workforce Investment Board dba East Cascades Works (EC Works), the Central Oregon Workforce Consortium (COWC), the Higher Education Coordinating Council (HECC), and the required WorkSource East Cascades (American Job Center Network) partners within the region: Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS), Oregon Commission for the Blind (OCB), Heart of Oregon Corps/YouthBuild, High Desert Education Service District, Oregon Human Development Corp (OHDC), Indian and Native American Programs Under Title I of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act, and the Oregon Employment Department (OED). All together these partners shall be referred to as the “parties” in this agreement.
