In consideration of Altruist Financial LLC and their agents and assigns (collectively, “Altruist”) opening one or more accounts on the customer’s behalf (“Customer Account(s)” or the “Account(s)”) for the purchase, sale or carrying of securities or contracts relating thereto and/or the borrowing of funds, the Customer represents and agrees with respect to all Accounts, whether margin or cash, to the terms set forth below (the “Customer Agreement”). When used in this Customer Agreement, the word “Customer” means the owner(s) or control person(s) of the Account. For the avoidance of doubt, in the case of a joint account, the word “Customer” means each of the owners of the joint Account.
