This Course-to-Course Articulation Agreement (the “Articulation Agreement” or “Agreement”) between DeVry University (“DeVry University” or “DeVry”) and The District Board of Trustees of Valencia Community College, Florida (“Valencia Community College” or “Valencia”) (collectively the “Parties” or “Institutions”) is intended to allow Valencia Community College’s Associate in Arts Degree Pre-Major and Associate in Science degree graduates to transfer approved credit hours into a DeVry University program of study (the “Program”). DeVry University will award semester transfer credit for approved Valencia courses – after completion of their degree listed below - into one of the Bachelor of Science Degree programs listed below:
