Pulaski, Inc., Frontier Communications of Orion, Inc., Frontier Communications- Midland, Inc., Frontier Communications- Prairie, Inc., and Frontier Communications- Schuyler, Inc., each corporations organized under the laws of the State of Illinois (collectively “Frontier”), each with offices at 401 Merritt 7, Norwalk, CT 06851 (Frontier and Everstream may be referred to hereinafter, each, individually as a “Party”, and, collectively, as the “Parties”).
