This Water Infrastructure Assessment Agreement ("Agreement") regarding the culinary water infrastructure located within the boundaries of the area commonly known as Pole Patch No. 1 and Pole Patch No. 2 Subdivisions (“Development”) is made and entered into this day of July , 2021 (“Effective Date”) by and between Pleasant View City, a municipal corporation of the State of Utah ("City"), and Pole Patch Homeowners Association, Pleasant View, Utah ("HOA"). City and HOA may be referred to individually as “Party” or collectively as “Parties.”
