THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into on this 12th day of March, 2018 (the “Effective Date”), by and between the City of Moorhead, a municipal corporation and political subdivision of the State of Minnesota, whose principal address is 500 Center Avenue, P.O. Box 779, Moorhead, Minnesota 56561-0779 (the “Lessor”), and Moorhead Youth Baseball Association, whose principal address is 2610A 20th Ave South, Moorhead, Minnesota 56561- 0701 (the “Lessee”).
