This Agreement, when countersigned below, shall constitute an agreement regarding Confidential Information of, or relating to the businesses of United Rheumatology and (collectively “the parties,”) whereby each party may use the Confidential Information of the other (“disclosing party”) solely for investment and whereby the parties shall strictly maintain the confidentiality of the Confidential Information.
