This Solar Power Purchase Agreement for the Commercial Solar Feed-In Tariff (the "PPA") is made by and between the "Seller" and the Long Island Lighting Company d/b/a LIPA (“LIPA” or “Buyer”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of New York and a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Long Island Power Authority (“Authority”), which is a corporate municipal instrumentality and political subdivision of the State of New York, each with its principal place of business at 333 Earle Ovington Boulevard, Suite 403, Uniondale, New York 11553. Seller and Buyer are hereinafter referred to individually as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties".
