This Software License Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into by and between RedSeal, Inc. a Delaware corporation with offices at 940 Stewart Drive, Sunnyvale, CA 94085 ("RedSeal") and a Government entity l o c a t e d at (“Licensee") and shall be effective as of
