Any party may change its address for notices under this Agreement by giving formal written notice to the other parties specifying that the purpose of the notice is to change the party's address. To the extent permitted by applicable law, if there is more than one Grantor, notice to any Grantor will constitute notice to all Grantors. For notice purposes, Grantor will keep Raab informed at all times of Grantor's current address(es). 26. No Joint Venture or Partnership.
