This Amendment to Order Form (“Amendment”) is made effective as of the date signed by both Parties (the “Effective Date”), and is entered into by and between Coursera, Inc. (“Coursera”) and University of Hradec Králové (“Organization”). Each of Coursera and Organization may hereinafter be referred to as a “Party,” and collectively as the “Parties.”
