THIS AGREEMENT (hereinafter “Agreement”) is made as of this day of 2018, between Tetra Tech, Inc., (hereinafter referred to as “Seller”), having an address of 759 S. Federal Highway, Suite 314, City of Stuart, County of Martin, State of Florida, 34994, and Lennar Homes (hereinafter referred to as “Purchaser”), having an address of 730 NW 107th Avenue, Suite 300, Doral, FL 33172 (collectively hereinafter referred to as the “Parties”).
