This "Agreement" includes the Dealer Application, the Electronic Funds Transfer and Electronic Processing Agreements, the Program Plan Sheet, these Terms and all attachments and exhibits to these Terms, Instructions provided to you, and any amendment to any of these items. Capitalized terms that are not otherwise defined in this Agreement have the meanings set forth in Section 18.
