This document is a Renewal Order Form, dated July 1, 2020 (the “Effective Date”), established under and incorporated into the Subscription Software Services Agreement dated June 27, 2017 (the “Agreement”) between Echo360, nc. and Virginia Commonwealth University, (the “Customer”). The ob igations set forth in this Order Form are in addition to those obligations and shall be in exchange for the payments as more fully set forth below. Any capitalized terms used and not defined herein shal have the meaning set forth in the Agreement. This Renewal shall apply to Customer’s School of ursing.
