These General Terms and Conditions – Purchase – (hereinafter: Purchase Terms) shall apply to all contracts concluded for deliveries and performances between HOTMOBIL Deutschland GmbH (hereinafter: HOTMOBIL) and the purchaser (hereinafter: Purchaser or Client) as entrepreneur in the sense of article 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB) (contract is part of the business of the purchaser’s company).
