NEITHER CRUNCH, LLC NOR ANY RELATED ENTITY IS CONTRACTUALLY OR OTHERWISE LIABLE TO YOU AS OWNER IS SOLELY LIABLE FOR THE DEBTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THIS FACILITY AND FITNESS CENTER OPERATION.
