These SentinelOne Terms of Service (“Terms”) are between Sentinel Labs, Inc. (“SentinelOne,” “Our,” “We,” “Us” or similar terms) and the Federal agency customer (“Customer,” “You,” “Your” or similar terms) who accepts these Terms, or accesses and/or uses the SentinelOne Solutions (as defined below). These Terms govern Customer’s subscription to the SentinelOne Solutions in connection with any paid or Evaluation use of the Solutions.
