This Agreement made this day of April, 2018, by and between PYRO SHOWS OF TEXAS, Inc., a Texas Corporation, whose address 6601 Nine Mile Azle Road, Fort Worth, Texas 76135, and hereinafter referred to as “PYRO SHOWS” and the City of Pharr with its principle place of business located at 118 S. Cage Blvd., in the State of Texas, hereinafter referred to as “Customer”.
