CATERING TERMS & CONDITIONSCatering Agreement • August 24th, 2022
Customer and Aramark (together, the “Parties” and each a “Party”) agree to these catering terms and conditions (these “Terms and Conditions”) which are hereby attached to and incorporated into that certain Catering Agreement (the “Catering Agreement”) between the Parties. To the extent capitalized terms are used herein, such terms shall have the definitions ascribed to them in the Catering Agreement. To the extent any terms and/or conditions herein are different or inconsistent with the terms and/or conditions set forth in the Catering Agreement, then the terms and/or conditions set forth in the Catering Agreement shall govern. These Terms and Conditions have been agreed to by the Parties with respect to the Event described in the Catering Agreement.
