This Amendment #1 (“Amendment”) to Governor’s Emergency Declaration Executive Order 23-02 Contract (Grant “Agreement”), as amended from time to time, is by and between ORS 190 Entity, Mid- Willamette Valley Homeless Alliance (“ORS 190 ENTITY”), an Intergovernmental Entity established pursuant to ORS 190.010, and United Way of the Mid-Willamette Valley, (“SUBGRANTEE”).
