Pursuant to this Agreement (the “Agreement”) Northeast Telecom, Inc. (“Northeast”), a Delaware corporation, and BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc. (“BellSouth”) hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Parties” hereby agree to amend that certain Interconnection Agreement (“the Agreement”) between BellSouth and Northeast dated 04/12/2002. The Effective Date shall be 30 calendar days after the last signature executing the Amendment.
