This document is an agreement (“Agreement”) containing the terms and conditions that apply to the JPay Progress Prepaid Mastercard® that has been issued to you by Metropolitan Commercial Bank (Member FDIC). You will be accepting and agreeing to be bound by this Agreement, including all of its terms and conditions, if you use the card for any transactions or if you leave the funds in your card account for more than 10 business days after you receive the card. If you do not want to accept the Agreement, do not use the card for any transactions and please promptly contact the Customer Service telephone number, 866-777-5729 and request to remove the funds from your card account.
