THIS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT (the “Contract”) is made and entered into this 17th day of June, 2024 (“Effective Date”) by and between the Alamogordo Public Schools (“District”), a New Mexico public school district, whose address is 1211 Hawaii Ave, Alamogordo, New Mexico, and Waste Connections of New Mexico, Inc., dba Southwest Disposal Corp. (“Contractor”), with its principal place of business at 1350 Lavelle Road, Alamogordo, NM 88310, (herein referred to individually as “Party” or collectively as “Parties”).
