(“Receiving Party”), for the benefit of ValStone Asset Management, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“VAM”), as agent for U.S. Bank National Association (the “Trustee”), not in its individual capacity, but solely as trustee on behalf of TC15 Grantor Trust (the “Trust”) (VAM, the Trustee and the Trust are sometimes individually and collectively referred to herein as the “Disclosing Party”).
