This MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU) is made and entered into this day of , 2017, by and between SMITHFIELD CITY, a Utah municipal corporation, hereinafter Smithfield, NORTH LOGAN CITY, a Utah municipal corporation, hereinafter North Logan, and HYDE PARK CITY, a Utah municipal corporation, hereinafter Hyde Park. The three cities shall be collectively referred to as “Cities”.
