This Data Processing Addendum ("DPA") is entered into and forms part of the Cloud Automation Agreement or On-Premise License Agreement (including their former designations of Master License Agreement and Software License Agreement, respectively - each, as applicable, the "Agreement") between the customer identified in such Agreement (“Customer”) and Automation Anywhere, Inc. ("AAI"). Customer and AAI are each referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”. Customer enters into this DPA on behalf of itself and, to the extent required under applicable Data Protection Law, in the name and on behalf of its Authorized Affiliates, if and to the extent AAI processes Personal Data for which such Authorized Affiliates qualify as the Controller.
