THIS DEVELOPMENT PLAN AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into and made effective this day of , 2018, by and between the TOWN OF LYONS, a municipal corporation of the State of Colorado, acting by and through its Planning and Community Development Commission (the “Town”) and the LYONS LIBRARY REGIONAL DISTRICT, a library district duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of Colorado (the “Developer”). The Town and Developer are collectively referred to as “Parties," or occasionally in the singular as “Party.” This Agreement includes the attached Exhibits A-D.
