THIS FISCAL AGENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of June 1, 2013, by and between the City of Lake Elsinore Community Facilities District No. 2006-1 (Summerly) (the “District”), a community facilities district organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of California, and Union Bank, N.A., a national banking association organized and existing under the laws of the United States of America, as fiscal agent (the “Fiscal Agent”).
