THIS PRODUCT SUPPLY AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into this 3rd day of June, 2014 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Orchids Paper Products Company, a Delaware corporation (“Customer”), and Fabrica de Papel San Francisco, S.A. de C.V., a sociedad anónima de capital variable organized under the laws of Mexico (“Supplier”). Customer and Supplier are referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
