Showalter, as trustee for The Boasso Inter Vivos Trust for Walter Joseph Boasso, Jr., (vii) Robert E. Showalter, as trustee for The Boasso Inter Vivos Trust for Rory James Boasso, and (viii) Rose Mary Doyle, an individual of the full age of majority (each a “Seller” and collectively, “Sellers”).
