This Internet Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of this Day, Month Year (the “Effective Date”), by and between Customer Name with offices located at customer Address, Calexico, CA 92231(“Customer”) and Wireless Plug and Play, Inc., with offices located at 2300 Martin Luther King Street, Calexico, CA 92231, (“WPNP”). In consideration of the mutual promises and agreements made herein and intending to be legally bound, the parties agree as follows:
