THIS MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING, hereinafter referred to as “Predevelopment MOU” or “Agreement,” is made and entered into on this day of , 2021, by and between the County of Amador, a political subdivision of the State of California, through its Health and Human Service Agency, Behavioral Health Department (hereinafter known as “County”), and Danco Communities, a California for-profit limited liability company (hereinafter known as "Danco"). Together all the above entities shall be referred to hereafter as the “Parties.”
