FairWarning’s Services use audit logs and data sources provided by Customer (as described in the Order Form to which this MPA is attached) to provide remote user-monitoring solutions for Customer’s mission-critical applications such as Salesforce, EHRs and cloud-based applications. This Master Purchase Agreement (including all attached Addendums, which are incorporated by reference) (this “MPA”) is entitled FairWarning Master Purchase Agreement v5.1 (June 2020). This MPA, together with the Order Forms to which it is attached, governs Customer’s use of the Services provided by FairWarning and any FairWarning Affiliate. The parties agree as follows:
