THIS AGREEMENT is made this 24 day of MAY, 2021 by and between The City of Santa Fe ("City") acting through its Water Division, whose address is Post Office Box 909, Santa Fe, New Mexico 87504-0909, and SANTA FE PUBLIC SCHOOLS Board of Education ("Board" or "District") a political subdivision of the State of New Mexico ("District"), a political subdivision of the state of New Mexico, whose address is 610 Alta Vista St, Santa Fe, NM 87505. The date of this Agreement shall be the date when it has been signed by the City to Construct Water Improvements ("Agreement") .
