Complainants alleged that the Respondents violated subsections 804(a), 804(b), and 804(c) of Title VIII of the Civil Rights Act of 1968 as amended by the Fair Housing Act of 1988 (“the Act”). Respondents deny having discriminated against Complainants but agree to settle the complaint by entering into this Conciliation Agreement.
