COMMENT: On October 1, 2019, City Council authorized staff to negotiate a lease with Skydive Elsinore, LLC, and at its meeting on December 3, 2019, the City Council approved the terms of the lease. Skydive Elsinore, LLC agreed to enter into a new lease agreement for approximately 179 acres of property located at the Porterville Municipal Airport for use as a skydive landing zone for their professional skydive and parachuting training facilities operation.
