The attached draft of the Allocation Agreement for the New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) Program is provided for illustrative purposes only and should not be relied upon or used for any other purpose. The draft Allocation Agreement provides boilerplate provisions of the terms and conditions of the Allocation Agreement that may be entered into between the CDFI Fund and an Allocatee under the CY 2006 round of the NMTC Program. These boilerplate provisions are subject to further modification by the CDFI Fund.
