This Grant Agreement (the “Agreement”) dated is made and entered into by and between the City of Oakland, a municipal corporation (the “City”), and Chabot-Las Positas Community College District dba Tri-Valley Career Center, a California nonprofit public benefit corporation, California Corporation No. G359235 (“Grantee”). The City and Grantee are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
