Nokia Solutions and Networks OY (“NSN OY”, “our”, “we” or “us”) develops, manufactures and provides telecom and network products, software and services (“Telecom Solutions”) to telecommunications services providers (“Telecom Industry”). Through the NDP Collaborator, our employees and third-party service providers and subcontractors (“You” or “Your”), as authorized to support such Telecom Solutions on behalf of Nokia and/or its authorized Telecom Solutions providers, are being provided this tool to assist You in completing and reporting the work performed on behalf of Nokia and/or its authorized Telecom Solutions providers through the use of messaging, Internet calling, and other mobile telephone/device services when placed on Your mobile device (“Mobile Device”).
