(“Contractor”), having its principal office at 6820 South Harl Avenue, Tempe Arizona 85283, (each a “Party” and collectively the “Parties”), enter into the following agreement (“Contract”) for telecommunications managed services consisting of network operations support services to sustain the HHSC enterprise network in accordance with the specifications contained in Attachment A Statement of Work (SOW).
