THIS CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTOR AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into this 30 day of November, 2020, by and between Ocean Tower Construction LLC (“Ocean Tower''), a Maryland limited liability company and Deidre Pettus (“Owner”). Ocean Tower and Owner are hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Parties”).
