This Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) forms part of the service agreement, Lectory Terms of Service available at https://www.lectory.io/TermsOfUse or other written or electronic agreement (“Agreement”) including any written or electronic service orders, purchase orders or other order forms (each a “Service Order”) entered into between Lectory and Customer, pursuant to which Lectory provides Services as defined in the Agreement.
