AssureHire, Inc. ("AssureHire") and the customer named below ("Customer") agree that AssureHire shall make available to Customer employment screening and/or background checking services ("Services") subject to this Service Agreement ("Agreement"). This Agreement may be executed by electronic signature, may be delivered by facsimile in two or more counterparts, and shall be deemed effective upon AssureHire’s activation of Customer’s account.
