THIS ADDENDUM to that certain agreement titled (“Agreement”) dated , by and between THE UNIVERSITY OF NORTH FLORIDA BOARD OF TRUSTEES, a public body corporate ("University"), and , a sole proprietorship / corporation / general partnership / limited partnership / limited liability company [STRIKE INAPPLICABLE] organized and existing under the laws of the State/Commonwealth of duly authorized and licensed to do business in the State of Florida ("Vendor"), shall be effective as of the date indicated above. The following terms and conditions shall be incorporated and made a part of the Agreement and to the extent of any conflict therewith, the provisions contained in this Addendum shall supersede and control.
