This is a legally binding evaluation license agreement (“Agreement”) between PSPDFKit GmbH (“PSPDFKit” and “Li- censor”) and you (“Licensee”, which applies to PSPDFKit Software Development Kits (“SDK”) and PSPDFKit Instant (“Instant”). This agreement applies to all components and materials we provide as part of the SDK and Instant, and any updates for the SDK and Instant that we may provide. “You”, “you” or “your”, “Licensee” means the person who downloads, installs, accesses, or uses the SDK and Instant (and, if you represent a legal entity, it also means that entity, and you represent and warrant that you are authorized to enter into this agreement for such entity). In order to evaluate the SDK and/or Instant, you must first agree to this agreement. You may not use the SDK and/or Instant if you do not accept this agreement.
