As the adoptive owner of the above named rescued pet, I agree to have this pet spayed or neutered at 6 months of age. If the adopted pet is of age but not altered upon adoption, I agree to have the pet spayed or neutered within 30 days of the adoption date. I understand if I do not adhere to the signed agreement, Biggie Paws Rescue Inc. has the right to reclaim and take possession of the adopted pet, due to breach of contract. I understand the rescue will cover the cost of the spay and/or neuter only if using a Biggie Paws Rescue Inc. approved veterinarian, but will reimburse $100 if I use my own veterinarian and send or email a copy of the dated veterinary bill (please be sure the pet’s name and description are clearly marked on the invoice) that reflect the charges of the procedure to the address above or email biggiepawsrescue@gmail.com
